I just can’t tell you how beautifully badass that quote is. That quote is so defining. Not that I regret quitting the series around Book 7 - life is just too short to spend reading Wheel of Time - but I must say, moments like that are enough to justify my appreciation for what I did read. And Mat. Gotta love that boy. <3
